I don’t think “Include your file extension (.htm, .html, etc.)” should be there. Adding period in form field will not appear. 
Aaron, We’re going to package up a patch file that you can apply to fix this issue. We’re going to see if any more 4.4 issues come in before releasing. Let me know if this is OK.

The patch will contain all the instructions for what to do. It’s fairly simple, so long as you have access to the file system of the CM1 server.
