Can CM1 publish to a secure site for our secure content and a non-secure site for everything else?

We are planning on adding a secure site on godaddy, our web hosting solution.
Can the CM1 server publish to a secure site for our secure content and a non-secure site for everything else?
I just want to make sure it can publish to two different godaddy sites.

CM1 can publish securely to your sites via the SFTP protocol.
