Is it possible to implement a child table as a shared field?

We need to implement the same filed control of child table accross all of our contnet types?

‘Simple children’ (single fields with multiple values) can be implemented as shared. ‘Complex children’ (multiple fields with multiple values) cannot be implemented as shared.
