In my comment moderation widget I have an entry that says the page is not found.
When I click on the page i just get a blank box.
How can I remove this entry from the comments moderation widget list?

This has been found to be a bug in the system, and has been filed as such with our engineering department to be resolved. What it looks like is a page, most likely a blog post with a comments form/comments widget on it were deleted and not removed from the DTS database, so the comment will still display on your Dashboard. I will bring this issue into a support ticket and we can resolve the issue from there.
