We updated to 1.8 recently and it appears that in Firefox 4 (for the MAC) the submit/approve/publish feature that was added does not appear to be working.
The button that drops down for the options submit/reject/approve on the right only gives you one option. The link on the left that drops down with the publish feature on the left does not show at all (does in Safari and Firefox 3 on MAC).
