I want to publish a new site. This is my first rodeo!! Do I just click publish or do I schedule it? If it hasn’t been done after i attempted to publish it on Friday, Is there someone else that I need to help me with this issue

it is the same site, the content has been migrated and there has been tweaks to the design.  I am assuming that i would need a new IP address to direct it to the new cahs.k12.ms.us(which is the old)
