I want to give a big THANK YOU to Chris for his efforts in helping us solve an issue that was unsolvable given that the issue was really outside of our (and his) control.

He was still able to successfully configure the server to do what we were asking once we accounted for the outside conflict that was unbeknownst to us at the time.
