This is not directly a Percussion issue [I don’t think] but I was wondering if anybody else has had a similar issue to us. Microsoft Edge, Windows 10, will not open the website on the internal network. It opens externally and on all other browsers internally.
You might want to make sure that under ‘Compatibility View Settings’ the ‘Display intranet sites in Compatibility View’ is unchecked. Although, I’m not sure why that would keep the browser from being able to navigate to the page. Are there any errors in the browser console?

Our IT Department found a solution. 'We were finally able to narrow down the issue as being related to the Security Zones in Internet Explorer. [Technician] found that after adding massasoit.edu to the intranet zone in IE11, the page not loading error was immediately resolved ’
