Multi column (mega) dropdown menus

I am curious what others might have used to implement multi-column top navigation menu dropdowns (sometimes called Mega dropdowns) as seen on sites like www.saba.com?

I’m not sure what saba is using, but here is a great tutorial on creating a mega menu using CSS3, and could be placed in an HTML or Rich-text widget.
