Please add "Open link in a new window" option (see mockups)

Jan Doe created a new navigation page

Jan Doe do not see “Open in a new window / tab” option in the dialog

Jan Doe just saved that page 

Jan Doe clicked Wrench Icon

Jan Doe finally set “Open in a new window / tab”.

Jan Doe lost approx 12 minutes of her time.

To save Jan Doe lots of hassle and time, just add that option on all dialog windows. See mockups. This will reduce from 12 minutes to 5 seconds.

For the existing navigation page, please remove the dropdown and use checkbox instead. See mockup attached.
