Publishing Error

[Alert: This is almost surely a help ticket rather than a Conversation.]

We’re using an RSS widget to publish events to our home page: www.okcu.edu

However, we’ve noticed that these events are not visible to users viewing the page from outside our campus network. Here’s the publishing code:

The problem may be that it's publishing to test.okcu.edu instead of the actual folder, which is [www.okcu.edu/percussion\_test](http://www.okcu.edu/percussion_test)$ — but I don't have access to update any of the server-side publishing info (so our IT department will need to be in on this conversation as well).  
  
Any ideas on this? Sorry, it's a bit of a mess.

Also this, from IT: “Port 9980 is not accessible from off campus.  Port 80 and 443 are the only ports accessible to that server.”

I will bring this into our ticketing system so we can further investigate.
