I have a large number of pdf assets I uploaded before our site was live and they are all set to “draft” status. Is there a quicker way to publish these other than locating each pdf in the Finder to approve?

Hi Jesse,
Did you use the Bulk Upload gadget to upload these PDF assets? If so, one very useful feature to keep in mind in the future is that there is an “Approve assets” checkbox which you can select when uploading assets such as PDF files, so you don’t have to manually approve each asset once they’re in the system.
Once the asset is in the system, there is no way currently to bulk approve assets. However, please go ahead and vote on these two relevant CM1 ideas:

Doing so gives our product management team insight into what customers are looking for, and helps them to prioritize certain features higher for future releases.
