I just found a user populating the Forms system folder, but it wil not allow me to access properties.
Does all of the online forms need to go here - and how can I restrict access?
She was populating this folder w/ PDF files.
From what I’ve seen currently there is no way to set permissions on a predefined Percussion folder. I’ve just setup folders in the assets for users called: images, documents, and widgets, with a corresponding folder inside them with permissions set on that folder. So far no one has saved anything anywhere else then those areas.
You can create forms in any asset folder you like directly through the Add asset button in whatever folder you wish. When you create any asset directly on the page, though, it will be created in a system folder automatically. This holds true for Polls, Forms, Images, Files, Calendars, and a few others.
