I am trying to get thumbnails to show up on my display formats. I am successfully automatically creating the thumbnails and I can preview them through the new template. I followed the instructions from customizing the content explorer and added the contenttypeid and variantid to the addThumbnailURL.properties file. I also added the column to the Display Format. In the explorer view it doesn’t show anything. In the related search results it shows a red x. The path it is looking at is http://noc-rmyxdev1:9992/Rhythmyx/sys_resources/images/.gif. It looks like I missed a step but not sure what. Any help would be appreciated.
