There are two approved buttons/links. Pretty sure it’s a bug? Here’s screenshot attached. That’s from when editing Shared Assets page. (Assets/…)
I always thought of the dropdown on that button to be a list of all the options you have on the page. So it’s not really a bug. But that’s, like, my opinion, man.
I understand but it’s like showing you two “cancel” buttons and you aren’t sure which one to pick

This button changes depending on the status of the page. The button usually shows the next step in the workflow - clicking the pull-down gives you all the options available.
@keith - totally understandable but it’s not me - clients asked me what’s the difference. just sayin’
