Add a note to both custom widget and Percussion widgets

Having a note in both default and custom widgets will help a lot for both web users and admins.

Example 1: Web editors (non-admin) may not be aware that they’re editing the shared asset (even it’s under their workflow and is accessible) but it’s affecting the other department’s (outside of their workflow).

Example 2: Can leave a note about a reminder, like don’t forget to change the link once a month or inform this person if you have any questions, etc.

Hello Aaron,

We will make a note of this to add to a future release. I agree that it would be helpful to have internal notes for your widgets. The only suggestion I would have at the moment is to included “shared” in the title of a shared asset.
