Add "Blog" gadget to new Contributor/Editor account automatically

When you create a new account (either Contributor or Editor), it would be nice to have the ability to add Blog gadget automatically (by adding that option) instead of manually adding for 100+ staffs/teachers. Also, hide other gadgets, too. They can add other gadgets themselves if they want to.

Please let me know if this is possible! Thanks!

For Contributors / Editors, do have “Blog” and “Bulk Upload” gadgets as default gadgets, instead of all others. Hope I’m clear on this.
