Adding Twitter Bootstrap Reference to CSS and Js

Hello! I am trying to implement Twitter Bootstrap into a site currently. I found an article posted by Dan and Kemal back in February 2013. To implement Bootstrap, it says to add Javascript and CSS references to the template. I saw that there was code that they had posted, but the image is low-res and I can’t tell what the code was. Any ideas?

I do have another question. It looks like some of the Percussion software has changed a bit since this screenshot (and the article at http://www.percussion.com/blogs/tech-…).

Can you possibly provide me some examples of using a Twitter Bootstrap fluid system with CM1?
