Hello,
All of a sudden our users cannot see any items in Content Explorer. They are either in Author pr Approver or Editor roles. All admin users are able to see the content.
I checked the workflow and I see that these roles are assigned with Type “Asignee” to all the states of the workflow.
To resolve the issue, I have added another role to the workflow and assigned that role to all states of the workflow with Type “Asignee” and users with that new role can see their content properly.
Though I found an interim solution, I still dont understand why Author, Editor and Approver roles got messed up.
Any ideas on how to resolve this?

We were able to resolve the issue. The roles were missing from Community Visibility
