When I published a new blog post, the new post appear on bottom of blog list page, not on top. Is there a way to make it appear on top, not on bottom instead?

I looked into this. At the moment the functionality to invert the blog lists is not possible with the current release. You do make a valid point. If our blogging tool is to become more robust, then I think this is a great idea.
I would be interested to see how many users would be interested in having this functionality?
