Bring the "Read more" link button on Rich text Editor toolbar back

It used to be that the “read more” link tool was a button in the toolbars of tinyMCE.

I note that it has been moved (understandably for most cases) to the DD “Insert” menu. Is there any way for me to add back as a toolbar button?

Supplemental question: is there a way of adding the more link to the bottom of a rte field by default?

We do not have any plans to add this as a button. Part of our challenge (and our delay) in updating TinyMCE was the number of customizations we had made to it. We are trying to limit the customizations to this component to make upgrade easier in the future.
