Hello all,
Gail from COC can not get into the user administration panel from the workflow tab. She is on 6.5.2 patch 16333. I have tried to clear out her ssl certs and clear her java cache and browser cache.
She gets the login page puts in her credentials and it loads to a greyed out java applet. She is able to login to the sys admin by going to the start menu shortcut. I am going to attach what she sees in the java console. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
