Can't access the Admin menu

I’ve logged into CM1 for the 1st time (as “Admin”), and would like to change my password and set up additional users, but I can’t access the Admin menu. Please advise.

To manage users, you need to go to the workflow. Click on Dashboard in the upper left hand and select workflow in the dropdown menu.
