Change Page Name

Hello

I hope this isn’t too much of an elementary questions, but how do you change the name of a page in CM1?

I’m using Version 4.0.5 Build 201403R12 (0)

When you say page name, are you referring to the name shown in title area of the browser or the physical url name. Both are pretty easy to change.

  1. Change Browser Title - Click the page you want to change and then go into edit mode of the page. You will then want to click Actions - Edit Meta-Data. Then expand the Search Engine Optimization area. The first item is Page title.

  2. Change File Name - Click the page you want to change and then go into edit mode of the page. You will then want to click Actions - Edit Meta-Data. The first field you will see is the File Name.

Not a problem. I remember when I first signed up with Percussion. I was a little lost and used the forms quite a bit.

When you change the page, the problem is it doesn’t update the Page Title…
