CM1 Licence Suspended, Refresh Required


Where seeing the error below in the out logs and the License monitor is giving a Suspended error (screenshot below). Out IT guys are asking if you changed anything your side like the IP.

As I mentioned in your previous thread, your instance of CM1 has not been able to reach our licence servers since April, and I pointed out that, for the purpose of verifying your outbound firewall rule for licence monitoring, currently resolves to the IP address of Please ask your IT team to verify that this outbound firewall rule on your CM1 app server is correct.
