CM1 version 2.0 has style Issues associated with the perc_theme.css file:
o All Forms use the css of the Forms widget, regardless of whether they were created using the Forms widget.
o All links use the css of the Commets widget, regardless of whether they are in a Comments widget.
o The RSS icon may display incorrectly on older browsers.
