CMS publishing stuck in pending

After a recent upgrade, when publishing a page, the status stays stuck in “Pending”.

Thankfully, the publish jobs are still going through, it’s just not updating the status. However, it’s leading to confusion with several users as they think it hasn’t published successfully.

Currently we’re running: Version 5.3.15 Build 201608P05 (378) [5315_20180621]

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Glen,

You are on an older patch level, but the Workflow should still be happening when the Page is published.

I’ve created a support ticket for this issue so that they can pull diagnostic data and troubleshoot why the transition to Live isn’t working for you on publish.
