Content List failure

Hi,

We are using Rhythmyx 6.1 and since a couple of weeks now, we have errors (see attachment) when we publish. We don’t have it all the time and I can not find what cause of this error. When we have it, all our publication stop with this message in the publog “Content is not allowed in prolog.”

Does someone know how to fix this ?

This is a known bug. The internal tracking number is Rx-12902. I suggest you open a case with Tech Support so that they can let you know when there is a patch.

Thanks for the answer.
I will right to Tech Support today.
We are upgrading to Rx 6.5.1 in a couple of weeks, so it probably resolve this issue at the same time.

This issue is not resolved in 6.5.1, either.
