The option to leave these messages/notes or Alerts in the dashboard section of CM1 so users can communicate to one another would be useful. This way Admins can leave alerts or any misc. message to other users or all users that will show up in their dashboards.
Users may also be able to use this to leave learning materials. Admins could create a library of user tutorials or documentation for other users to be able to reference to.
This will improve working together in CM1.
Another addition to this feature could be Percussion can send out alerts to all its customers through this field for news releases or webinar dates.
