We are running 6.5.2 with database publishing which updates a stock matrix table with product prices from Rhythmyx.
Following a customer complaint, we’ve come to realise that pricing changes are being published regardless of whether or not the content item has been transitioned back to the public state.
I’ve double-checked that the quick edit state is marked as “ignore” and also that the database content list has an item filter of “public”.
Why is database publishing ignoring content item state and, more importantly, how do I fix it?
