Database publishing query - publishing an assembled template

Hi all, I’ve had a look around for instructions on how to do this but not had any luck so far so here goes…I’ve set up a database publishing edition for a new content item I’m working on.

I’ve created a velocity assemled text/html template for the content item, which includes all slots etc.

What I’d like to do is publish the assembled text/html template’s source code to a field in my SQL database.

I’m familiar with setting up bindings from Rhythmyx fields to fields in the database, but I’ve not set up a binding between a template and a field in the database before. Can anyone advise on how to do this?

Heres a link to a post with some instructions for 6.x.

You do need to have the PSOtoolkit installed for it to work

Hi Keevan, thanks for the link, I followed these instructions yesterday and managed to get the assembled template publishing! The issue I’m having now is the location scheme for the images used in the assembled template doesn’t seem to be working, for example I get “unknownpath/12345.jpg” output instead of the url of the images, “12345” being the ID of the content item.
