Editlive going into trial mode

Although we’ve raised an issue with Tech Support about Editlive related to application of an SSL certificate, I wonder if anyone on the forum has experienced similar without going near SSL:

We have Rhythmyx 6.6.0 hosted on an external server. When we use the provided url of the hosting company (***.titaninternet.co.uk) everything works fine, Editlive loads correctly with all toolbars.

However we’ve been allocated a new domain, www.****cms.info, and using that url we can get into Rhythmyx fine but Editlive comes up in trial mode with no toolbars.

Why would this be?

Vanilla install followed by dropping over database and tree portions from production fixed it. Corrupt install!
