We upgraded to 6.5 this weekend and when the users receive an email notification they get a page that says “choose item location” - see attached. Does anyone have a way we can configure this to bypass the selection screen and go directly to the item like it used to in 5.71?
I also am running up against this issue.
The link generated in the Notification email goes to the Action Panel. I’m not familiar with the Action Panel, and there’s barely any mention of it in the 6.5 documentation (just one vague reference to it).
Since everywhere else we are using the Content Explorer, it would be better not to have to link to this. Also, our previews require a folderid, so you can’t preview the item via the Action Panel.
