Can I set up email notification that only trigger when the content in a particular community is changed? PS: All the communities we have are following the same workflow.
The built-in notifications can be filtered off of the Roles associated with the transition. So if you add a Role that was only associated with the that community or it’s members to the transition you could use the built-in notification. Your Community/Workflow/Role setup would need to allow for that tho.
If that didn’t work you could always use a custom notification within a custom workflow action extension, and code your community filtering logic into the extension.
