I hadn’t used the content search functionality in a while. So, I was in Ephox and clicked “Insert Inline Image”. The Content Search window launched and I navigated to the image I wanted. On the step where one selects the snippet template, the following error occurs:
I bounced the CM server (6.7 on Linux) and the problem went away. I am reluctant to post a support ticket on this since I am unable to reproduce the problem and support could not troubleshoot it, but I am wondering if anyone has seen this before or if anyone knows what might cause this. If it happened once, it can happen again I have learned never to ignore errors that get resolved just because you bounce a service or server.
