Error when editing template after 4.1.4 update

I’m getting a weird error when editing my templates after my 4.1.4 upgrade.

If I go into a template and make a change to a region and add/remove a class, and then click OK to save my changes, my preview goes blank and I get a few options. See the image below.

If I click the SAVE button, my template saves but I’m still left with the same image above. If I click on the CONTENT tab, it asks me if I want to save and I click the save button, then it saves takes me to the content tab and reloads the preview.
