If your content contributors are seeing errors like this one, please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Download the latest patch from our FTP server. If you do not have the current credentials, please file a ticket with Percussion Technical Support.
- Shut down the server
- Apply the patch
- On the client side, clear the browser, Java, and Ephox caches, as well as all Java certificates by “PERCUSSION SOFTWARE” and “Ephox Corporation”.
- Start the server, and try your operation again
If this fails to fix issues you are having, or you need direction on how to do this, please:
- File a new ticket via the Support Portal at http://support.percussion.com, or
- File a new ticket via email at technical_support@percussion.com, or
- Reply to this thread with the behavior you are seeing.
Please include screen shots, details on the behavior, and a Java Console log with any issues you file.
