Does anyone have any idea or can help point me in the right direction for some code or an API call for me to find a related Navon for an item.

Is there any API calls I could use for finding the Navon in the folder, from the content item standpoint. I have a GUID for the Content, I just need to figure out a way to get some kind of ID for the Navon to be able to do some actions on it.
