Sure the eclipse-based app is great, but it’s old, clunky and not portable. I’d like to see a Workbench client that is stand-alone, and uses standard Java UI components. This way, it could be executed on any platform and could be maintained a little bit easier.
Really like this feature request. We have looked at creating an app utilizing the same SOAP calls that Workbench executes; however, this is both time-consuming and low-priority in comparison to other tasks. Would like to see Percussion take this to the next level.
@Percussion: Has there been any movement on a web-based Workbench (integrated into existing web interface perhaps)?
