Firefox 3.6.14 and Java 6 Update 24 Issues

Percussion Technical Support has recently received word of problems concerning the most recent update of Firefox, 3.6.14, and the most recent update of Java JRE, 6 Update 24.
The two products and their problems appear to be unrelated with one another.

We ask that before reporting any issues, you first clear your Browser and Java cache. If this fails to fix issues you are having, or you need direction on how to do this, please:

Please include screen shots, details on the behavior, and a Java Console log with any issues you file.

Technical Support is working to resolve any issues concerning the updates of these two products, and any behaviors reported will help expedite the resolution of any problems.

We have some further information regarding these products. Please follow the steps below pertaining to the problem you are seeing.

Errors involving java.net.SocketPermission:
If you are running Firefox 3.6.14, upgrade Firefox to 3.6.15.
Follow the instructions provided in Post #2 in this thread.

Errors involving the loading of an EditLive Control, or
Problems involving the loading or crashing of the Content Explorer applet:

Upgrade Firefox 3.6.14 to Firefox 3.6.15.
