Is it typical for a browser to pop-up with four Applet windows the first time a user accesses Percussion 6.7 from that particular browser? The applets are signed; however, we’ve encountered instances where the user cannot “allow” the applets due to the placement/focus of these windows.

On first load it is normal for certain warning dialogs to present themselves. I am not aware of any focus issues during this process, as the dialogs normally appear sequentially rather than simultaneously as your problem implies. Please submit a Support Ticket in the portal for the focus issue.
