Is there a way by which, the folders created under each site in the ‘content explorer’ can be flexible in terms of allowing preferred communite(s) to view it. Currently the ‘Properties -> General tab’ of each folder allows us to set it either accessible by ‘Administration’ community or by the ‘one’ community we are in at that moment. There seems to be no middle ground.
Is there some way using the workbench/administrator tool/content explorer to have multiple (not all or just one) communities assigned to it? Please let know.
