I have few requests coming from our clients when it comes to building online form.

  1. Example Job Application form, is there a way to have Next and Previous button (page 1: Personal Info, page 2: Education, page 3: Reference) rather than all on one page

  2. Example Job Application form, we need ability to upload file (that way we can set requirement, like PDF, DOC, etc. and block out other, like .exe)

  3. Input placeholder - much much needed request. Example: Label: Full Name, Input placeholder: John Doe

Thanks for the input. I would recommend that you look for an alternate solution for uploading files. That is an enhancement we are unlikely to develop as the form service was not designed to handle anything other than text.  There are so many applicant tracking systems (icims, jobvite, etc) that for us to try to provide comparable functionality would be very difficult.
