Form permissions?

I may just be missing a simple step but as of now, every form in the forms widget is accessible by all users. Is there a way to limit this? If I have 10 departments with 10 forms, I would prefer not to have the other departments be able to access the form data and/or clear the results.

Let me know if this is a function I may not be finding.

Josh,  I assume you are referring to the forms gadget on the Dashboard, correct? There is no way currently to filter the forms displayed on the gadget. It will display all forms to any user who has the gadget on their dashboard.

Yes you are correct! any user that uses the forms gadget can view all the form data and/or clear the results.
