Form Widget - Incorporating

I’m not sure how to use the form widget once I create it.

Do I open the design and place a Form Widget there? (it did not work).

Or do I link to the widget? (did not work).

Great question!

To create a form:

  1. Open the page you would like to add the form to
  2. Go into the layout tab
  3. Click add widget
  4. And drag and drop a form into the area you would like it placed.

Then, click the Content tab, find the area where you placed the form. Select the edit icon (pencil) on the box. Once you do that it will open an area where you can set up and create your form.
