Full Publish always "Completed with failures" - log lists "Not workflowing" errors

Since yesterday CM1 gives us a “Completed with Failures” in the Publishing Log, and under View Details I get a very long listing of pages and assets that appear to have published but are still listed in the log:

The server log has a bunch of matching “Not workflowing” error messages:

I’ve done 4 Full Publishes since yesterday morning and they’ve all Completed with failures.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
