How to add other languages to sys_lang drop down

I want to add “es-US” to the sys_lang System field. A new row has to be inserted into RXLOCALE table? or is there any other way to add another option to this dropdown control?

You have 2 options depending on the version you are running:

rxroot/rxlt/RhythmyxLanguageTool.exe

or

in Workbench --> Content --> Localization --> Locales --> New Locale
