How to only publish files with a transitiondate in the last hour

Hello,

Mike from ASA has asked me how to have rhythmyx only publish files with a transitiondate in the
last hour. Originally he has asked for a way to do this in a JSR-170 query which I know is not possible since you can not access date functions from JSR-170.

How can you do this with a template or could you somehow do this in a publishing context?
