After LiveFirst import of one website, the image thumbnails are either not fully generated or not generated at all. I tried to re-import the same website, it doesn’t work. Why is it?
During the import, the pages needing a thumbnail are queued up, and it can take a bit of time for them to generate, so it may be that you just need to be patient. Also, we addressed a number of bugs related to thumbnail generation in 3.2, so if you are still using 3.1, I would recommend you upgrade.
Hi Dan, I already allowed the generation of thumbnail images for more than 1 week. I will try the latest 3.2 version to see if this is fixed.
