Is it feasible to add "Disable CSS" function at Layout tab of Design pane?

I find it hard to spot out the widget of overlapping regions in the Layout tab of Design pane. Fortunately there is a workaround to go to Content tab to take out the additional meta-data from the template so that all widgets are displayed discretely.

Is it feasible to add “Disable CSS” to make it easier?
